Description of problem:
Fix for hardlinks w/ selinux that was applied for epel7 wasn't applied to epel6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install rdiff-backup from epel (to fix some other bug in an older version)
2. run rdiff-backup (w/ remote destination -- also ext4)

Actual results:
