Do you have a test appliance setup to where we can observe this behavior? Verified with 5.10.0.8. |
Created attachment 1456034 [details] Screenshot Description of problem: VMware VNC Remote Console does not work in SSUI with following error: There was an error opening the console. undefined It did not work for vSphere 5.5,6 both. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.10.0.2 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.Add VMware 6.0 or less provider to CFME 2.Create a Catalog item to provision a VM on VMware 3.Order the catalog 4.Login to SUI and open service details page 5.Click Access -> VM Console (Make sure in OPS UI Configuration VMware Console Support is set to VNC) Actual results: VM Console does not open, see screenshot. Expected results: VM Console should open and function correctly. Additional info: I believe in worked in 5.9z
