Description of problem:
In a service dialog when selecting a  value in a dynamic list , next element is returned instead of selected one .

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CF 4.6, CFME 5.9.2.4.20180501195858_35dc609

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a button which create a dialog service
2.Create a dialog service with a dynamic field calling an instance filling list with values
3. select element and see its value


Actual results:
Selecting an element in the list will element next to selected one, not the selected one

Expected results:
Selected element  must be returned

Additional info

I think it is not only in service UI, but in every dynammic list.
