Description of problem:

Unable to set "Release Version" in Red Hat Satellite 6.3 UI with a restricted role. Checking `/var/log/foreman/production.log` we can see the following Error.

With `hamer host update --release-version --id <host-id>` it works without any problem and the release version is updated correctly.

Ability to set the Release Version in the UI without problem with the given permissions. Otherwise we need to understand what permission is required and why it's working with `hammer` but not in the UI.

Verified with Sat 6.4 snap 19.

The patches fixed release version listing permissions. The "destroy" part of the patch seems to be unrelated but also seems correct.

It is now possible to change release version of the host using both Hammer and WUI as a user with specified permissions => verified.
