This is a UI bug.
Refresh button not found on Service Request Page.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Services > Requests

Actual results:
No refresh button found.

Expected results:
Refresh button should be visible.

Refresh button visibility

The bug has been FIXED on 5.10.0.4.20180712211305_e6e4542 (latest), but it still exists on 5.10.0.3.20180705151325_ce4d2b5.
