Description of problem:

I have done multiple IOs and at the end done simultaneous rm -rf from different clients, and I see that some of the directories and entries under it are not getting deleted at all

consistent on the current setup, once we enter the situation

Steps to Reproduce:
1.did muliple IOs from different clients , involving small file/dir creations, linux untars, renames, dd and removes
2. then did rm -rf of all above data from 3 clients parallely
3. few of the entries are not getting deleted at all
