Description of problem:
Since OSP13 we're officially supporting OpenStack's control plane running on VMs. Unfortunately there is nothing mentioned about it in our official docs: 
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/13/html/director_installation_and_usage/

I'd love to see at least environment requirements (memory, cpu, hypervisor) listed there.

In other case customers may not be aware that such possibility exist and is supported.

The documentation requirement for the Virtualized Control Plane RFE is being tracked in bug 1591546, and is in targeted for release in a RHOSP 13 async. You can see the planned documentation by reviewing the link in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1591546#c2.
