Description of problem:
When trying to run simple jobs like date, the execution fails with the following error:

Happening for all the runs


Steps to Reproduce:
1. The hosts were directly registered to a capsule
2. A capsule was selected as Puppet Master under the hostgroup settings
3. Fallback proxy was set to true according to this solution: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2981131
4. Scheduled a new job under the Ansible commands job template

Actual results:
The execution fails with the OSError: permission denied


Expected results:
Remote execution completes successfully

The remote execution works, you can see the output of ansible. It says there's some problem with the ansible input, could you provide what exactly you ran?

I have not hit this during mine recent 6.5 experiemtns (which involved various ReX commands as well).
