This message is a reminder that Fedora 28 is nearing its end of life. On 2019-May-28 Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 28. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '28'. Description of problem: On a popular laptop resolution 1366x768, when I snap system monitor to the half of my screen, using Resources tab, most of the time the app content is not fully visible - some information go beyond the app border and require horizontal scrolling to view them. Also, the app seems to randomly "scale" in and out of it's window borders, depending on the system values. So one second it's fully visible, and another it's beyond borders again - jumping randomly between the two states.
