kio-gdrive is completly broken few month.
Please apply my PR https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kio-gdrive/pull-request/1
or add me as comaintainer so I can update it directly.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.

I think the best solution for your report is to add you as admin of kio-gdrive package.
