Section Number and Name: 5.2. Creating a Host on Satellite Server, 5.3. Creating a Host Group on Satellite Server

Describe the issue: In the Managing Hosts guide, there are no docs for creating a host group. In the Provisioning Guide, there is a chapter that 'walks' people through creating hosts and host groups. Docs on creating hosts exists already in Managing Hosts. Our customers need instructions not general statements. 

Suggestions for improvement: Remove Creating Hosts and Host Groups from Provisioning Guide. Rewrite and add Creating Host Groups in Managing Hosts Guide. Move overview to a more introductory position in Provisioning Guide, or delete if duplicate content.
