Description of problem:
The Ceph Object Gateway for Production guide does not provide best
practices or a procedure for creation of RGW pools. If the pools
are created with sub-optimal settings performance is sub-optimal.


Additional info:
RGW client I/O performance is dependent on pool settings.
Explain the relevant parameters and document ideal pool
creation parameters for several RGW customer use cases.
