Description of problem:

There are 2 gdeploy configuration file generated when expand cluster operation is performed from 'manage gluster' dashboard.
1. /var/lib/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup/gdeploy/expandClusterConfig.conf
2. /var/lib/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup/gdeploy/gdeployConfig.conf 

While editing the generated configuration file from the cockpit, only the gdeploycConfig.conf is updated, but not the expandClusterConfig.conf

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Go to cockpit, 'Virtualization' -> 'HostedEngine' -> 'Manage Gluster' -> 'Expand cluster'
2. On the newly popped up wizard, provide the hostnames
3. After the reaching the last tab, edit the 'hostnames' & 'save'
4. Check whether that reflects on both the config files

Actual results:
---------------
expandClusterConfig.conf doesn't have the updated hosts

Expected results:
-------------------
Bothe 'expandClusterConfig.conf' and 'gdeployConfig.conf' should have identical hosts.

As the cockpit-ovirt bug is already fixed, moving this bug should be ON_QA too

Tested with the following :-
(a)rhvh-4.2.7.3-0.20181026
(b)cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.37-1.el7ev.noarch

While editing the generated configuration file from cockpit , both 'expandClusterConfig.conf' and 'gdeployConfig.conf'  have identical hosts and the changes are reflected in both the conf files.

Hence moving the bug to verified state.
