cockpit failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

Please fix cockpit at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
cockpit will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
cockpit will be retired, if it still fails to build.

For the record: The other reason why it FTBFS now is a gnutls regression: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/issues/530

Workaround is https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/pull/9730 , I'll see to squeezing this into today's 173 release so that Rawhide will get a working build again.
