compiz-plugins-experimental failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

Please fix compiz-plugins-experimental at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
compiz-plugins-experimental will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
compiz-plugins-experimental will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Isn't it faster to add missing BR instead o filing out boring bugreports including build logs about always the same problem?
What do you expect if redhat guys have new ideas?
