Description of problem:
Differences between ceph-disk and ceph-volume (osd_scenario=lvm) command syntax. Ceph admins will need to re-learn impacted OSD administrative procedures and existing scripts will need to change. We need to document these differences so admins familiar with ceph-disk can learn ceph-volume.

This should be documented in the Ceph Administrator Guide.
