gsignond-plugin-sasl failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

Please fix gsignond-plugin-sasl at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
gsignond-plugin-sasl will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
gsignond-plugin-sasl will be retired, if it still fails to build.

It looks like this issue was caused due to gsignond having been built with faulty binutils. Package now builds fine on rawhide:
