Description of problem:
If you manipulate a package via Manage Packages then there are no entries in audit log or job history regarding doing this. 

Hosts - Content Hosts - Select multiple hosts - select action -  Manage Packages -> install 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.3.2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a package via "Hosts - Content Hosts - Select multiple hosts - select action -  Manage Packages"
2. Check Monitor -> Audits

Actual results:
There are no records in Audits.

Expected results:
Same history records as for managing errata packages.
