Describe the issue: 
Steps 7 and 8 list an incorrect path for RHV 4.2. 
Step 9 has the wrong service name for RHV 4.2

Suggestions for improvement: 
The correct file path for step 7 is /var/opt/rh/rh-postgresql95/lib/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf

The correct file path for step 8 is /var/opt/rh/rh-postgresql95/lib/pgsql/data/postgresql.conf

The correct systemctl command for step 9 is systemctl reload rh-postgresql95-postgresql

Assigning to Suyog for review.

Suyog - looking at a RHV 4.1 environment, it looks like the old directories still work there.

As such, the above paths and commands should be called out as optional steps for those where they appear.

Now that RHEV 3.X is no longer officially supported, we should also make the following changes -

* Remove the 'Note' admonition at the start of the section.

* Remove all optional steps for RHEV 3.X

* Change all references to 'Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization' and 'RHEV' to
  'Red Hat Virtualization' and 'RHV'
