Description of problem:

When i try install nagios-plugins-dig it's failed with message : 

Error: 
 Problem: package python3-bind-32:9.11.4-1.fc29.noarch requires python(abi) = 3.7, but none of the providers can be installed
  - python3-3.7.0-3.fc29.i686 has inferior architecture
  - package bind-utils-32:9.11.4-1.fc29.x86_64 requires python3-bind = 32:9.11.4-1.fc29, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both python3-3.7.0-3.fc29.x86_64 and python3-3.6.4-16.fc29.x86_64
  - package nagios-plugins-dig-2.2.1-12.fc28.x86_64 requires /usr/bin/dig, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python3-modulemd-1.3.3-1.fc28.noarch requires python(abi) = 3.6, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - problem with installed package python3-modulemd-1.3.3-1.fc28.noarch
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

1. dnf install nagios-plugins-dig

Actual results:

Error:

Try dnf remove python3-modulem first.

Hi,

i can't remove python3-modulemd. 

When i try i have message below :
Problem: The operation would result in removing the following protected packages: dnf

  - cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-3.6.4-16.fc29.x86_64
  - problem with installed package python3-modulemd-1.3.3-1.fc28.noarch
 Problem 2: package python3-3.6.4-16.fc29.x86_64 requires python3-libs(x86-64) = 3.6.4-16.fc29, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python3-modulemd-1.3.3-1.fc28.noarch requires python(abi) = 3.6, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both python3-libs-3.7.0-3.fc29.x86_64 and python3-libs-3.6.4-16.fc29.x86_64

What is the output of:

$ rpm -q libmodulemd

Hi,

This rpm isn't install. 

[root@a65b89cb8dea ~]# rpm -q libmodulemd
package libmodulemd is not installed

This bug should be fixed in the libmodulemd package, but it may take a day or two to reach your local Rawhide mirror. Please reopen if this isn't resolved by Monday.
