Created redmine issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/24392 from this bug

Comment 3 Satellite Program 2018-07-26 08:26:52 UTC
Upstream bug assigned to kgaikwad

Comment 4 Satellite Program 2018-08-02 15:54:25 UTC
Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/24392 has been resolved.

Comment 6 Mirek Długosz 2019-07-12 11:57:23 UTC
Satellite 6.5 and 6.6 display only "Host Group Parameters". "Global Parameters" is not displayed.
Satellite 6.4 still displays "Global Parameters".

I see this bug was never acknowledged for 6.4.z release, and it's rather low severity, so I'm taking the liberty to close it. If you feel it should be fixed in 6.4.z, feel free to reopen it.

Tested on:
Satellite 6.6 snap 10
satellite-6.6.0-5.beta.el7sat.noarch
pulp-server-2.19.1-1.el7sat.noarch
tfm-rubygem-katello-3.12.0.5-1.el7sat.noarch
foreman-1.22.0.6-1.el7sat.noarch
