Description of problem:

Puddle 2018-07-09.1 containing openstack-tripleo-ui-9.1.1-0.20180702224622.d3d7221.el7ost.noarch and specifically that package is affected by missing patches from config-download.  Those patches are either merged or set to merge and this bug is an umbrella to contain those bugs and have them all be closed at the same time.
