Description of problem:
epel package only provides a /usr/bin/ninja-build, projects expect `ninja` in $PATH. Even on fedora /usr/bin/ninja-build is a symlink to ninja

Terje, can you take a look at this or assign it to another one of the smokeping co-maintainers?  I don't think Jim can action it anymore under his Red Hat bugzilla account.
