Description of problem:
Looking at details for the openstack-rally package (rpm -qi openstack-rally) it points to the old wiki site for the package.  Documentation is currently kept at https://rally.readthedocs.io.  As there doesn't appear to be a regular product page, the URL should probably point there instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qi openstack-rally
2. URL field shows documentation location

Actual results:
URL points to old documentation location

In version openstack-rally-0.11.3-0.20180424080359.f8dc860 the URL was changed to https://rally.readthedocs.io. 
The package is available since 2018-10-22.4 puddle.
