Description of problem:
When I boot with early-login (no rhgb) gdm early login does not work.
gdm is the last service beeing started.
why?
how can I provide more info?
I upgraded from fc3 to fc4 using anaconda.

gdm-2.6.0.8-16

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot with early-login kernel option
2. see that gdm is the last thing started

Actual Results:  no early-login options gets ignored

Expected Results:  option should'nt be ignored gdm should start earlier

sorry this was my fault gdm-early-login and gdm-allow-login were not enabled.
