$HOSTNAME/subscriptions page has empty <title> tag in HTML header. Chrome and Firefox display URL in tab / window name.

The same applies to Subscription Info pages (if manifest file was already uploaded).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite and go to Content -> Subscriptions

This issue applies to both Subscriptions and Red Hat Repositories.
