Description of problem:
The wrapper script provided by sahara-image-elements should be adapted (like in any release) to support only RHEL guests and only the list of plugins and versions supported in RH-OSP.

sahara-image-create seems to work, but it requires two workarounds:
a) the rebase in sudo introduced a new option which breaks augeas. A fix was proposed upstream, see:

b) a typo in the generated /etc/default/grub on the RHEL 7.6 cloud image (-210) prevents diskimage-builder from terminating correctly; see:
   * https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1646976
   * https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1643273

b) can be easily workarounded with guestfish/virt-customize.
a) may require an hotfix if the issue needs to be solved earlier.
