This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.

Please do not orphan my packages.  I've been really busy during the last two years, thus a lot of stuff went by me.  I'm still alive and will be more responsive after the end of September.
