Logs
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'. Warnings: 9/13 - man page in section 8 - these man pages are deliberately in section 8 (requires admin privileges and/or used to admin console keymaps/fonts 1/13 - unassigned - /usr/share/man/man5/keymaps.5.gz - this man page describes kymaps file format, it's valid part of kbd package related to several binaries 3/13 - repeated words - I've checked them manually - no problem there Errors: 1/1 - missing man page for /etc/pam.d/vlock - it's standard PAM config file described in PAM man pages |
In order to improve usability of packages in Fedora, project Man Page Scan was created and its task is to provide consistency of man pages (and documentation in general). The results are now available for package maintainers to fix documentation issues. If you need to re-run the check yourself, here is the simple process of man page check: 1. Download man-page-day from: https://pagure.io/ManualPageScan/blob/master/f/man-page-day.sh 2. Run the script: $ ./man-page-day.sh kbd
