Description of problem:
When attempted to tag a user, group or any other entity, the respective tag value dropdown is not selected, also the dropdown stays open. 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version 5.9.4.2.20180802030318_f91df08

How reproducible:
Regularly (Not 100%)


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Configuration
2.Select User from accordion
3.Click on Policy-->'Edit 'My Company' Tag for this User
4.Select the Tag catagory and try to select the respective tag value (from different dropdown)

Actual results:
Nothing is selected, also the dropdown is open.


Expected results:
Respective value should be selected from the dropdown.


Additional info:
This issue doesn't occur all the time, but usually appears when you try to select the value for the first time.
