I assume this was done by accident. Please reintroduce the changes from those reverted commits and set up your packaging workflow to follow this guideline:

In particular:

"Maintainers MUST expect that other maintainers and automated tooling will make changes to their packages... maintainers ... MUST NOT overwrite those changes..."

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.
