I would not suggest pointing to any upstream docs in RHGS. Also the bug is asking for managing self heal, and the suggested downstream doc is managing the split brain. They are not necessarily same. The healing pannel tooltip is as follows:

Hence i think the proposed the ds link is relevant as per the baove context.
My suggestion is to remove this link itself from the tooltip.Else we have to change this with every release to point to the right doc link

Links will be removed from the description. Instal RHGS WA using tendrl-ansible 2. Import Trusted storage pool with at least one volume 3. Go to Brick dashboard and check description of "Healing" panel there (available via little "i" icon on top left corner of the panel).
