Description of problem:

the targetcli package in 7.6 should have an higher version number than 7.5.3 to avoid problems with TPS tests:

Upgrade test FAILED
Output from RPM Command:
package targetcli-2.1.fb46-6.el7_5.noarch (which is newer than targetcli-2.1.fb46-6.el7.noarch) is already installed
