The code should check if y['kubeletArguments'] is nil:

        puts (y['kubeletArguments'] || {})['container-runtime-endpoint']")

Move the verified,the ose-logging-fluentd/images/v3.11.0-0.25.0.0 works well when  kubeletArgument missing.
