Description of problem:
libssh-0.8.0-1.fc28.x86_64 from updates-testing introduces warning msg into dnf actions:

Warning: ssh still initialized; probably ssh_init() was called more than once (init count: 1)

Assumption here is that something is amiss.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
run a dnf activity such as sudo dnf upate

Steps to Reproduce:
1.update libssh to libssh-0.8.0-1.fc28.x86_64
2.run a dnf update
3.

Actual results:
After dnf process completes, warning msg. displayed

Complete!
Warning: ssh still initialized; probably ssh_init() was called more than once (init count: 1)



Expected results:

Normal completion without warning msg.
Additional info:
Downgrading to libssh-0.7.5-7.fc28.x86_64 and rebooting eliminates warning.

Having the same problem after upgrading to libssh-0.8.0-1.fc28.x86_64 from updates-testing.
