pmchart: save changes to users prefered archive location
Use the users QSettings configuration file to hold any new
preference given for archive locations, and restore this at
pmchart startup time.
Similarly save and restore locations for exported images.
While in here, some janitorial work has been done in terms
of dropping paths to configuration files not used in many,
many years now.

It should be previous folder used for earlier archives loaded in the chart Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): pcp-3.12.2-5.el7.x86_64 Steps to Reproduce: 1. start pmchart, click new tab 2. create a chart using any archive in /var/log/pcp/pmlogger/... 3. click open view and click on "archive" button and see the folder shown is /root not earlier one used which has all the archives Expected results: for convenient, older archives folder should be loaded by default, i shouldn't have to navigate again to /var/log/pcp/pmlogger/...
