Description of problem:
After installing a package, dnf produces the following warning:
Warning: ssh still initialized; probably ssh_init() was called more than once (init count: 1)

dnf-3.2.0-2.fc29.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf install keepalived

Actual results:
Produces warning specified above

Expected results:
No warning message

Additional info:
This was also tested with installing package ipvsadm to test whether it was a generic problem or a problem specific to keepalived.
