Description Stephen Herr 2018-08-16 02:16:49 UTC
Flaw bug created to hold information about an old flaw we knew something about. For more details see the MITRE CVE description.

Comment 1 Stephen Herr 2018-08-16 17:32:45 UTC
MITRE description:

Multiple ethernet Network Interface Card (NIC) device drivers do not pad frames with null bytes, which allows remote attackers to obtain information from previous packets or kernel memory by using malformed packets, as demonstrated by Etherleak.
