Description of problem:
Retirement Date/Time is set to Never for Migrated VM

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.4.4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure appliance for VM migration
2.Select one of the VMs for migration and set Retirement Date/Time on it
3.Migrate VM

Actual results:
Retirement Date/Time does not remain set on Migrated VM, it sets to "Never"

Expected results:
If source VM has Retirement Date/Time, It should remain same on Migrated VM.
