Description of problem:
After installing lua (bug #1594429), I get the following errors when attempting to install sagemath.

lua-5.3.5-2.fc29.x86_64
sagemath-8.2-4.fc29.x86_64

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 init
2. mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 install lua
3. mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 install sagemath

Actual results:
