Description of problem:
Upgraded f28-f29, am unable to reach any external networks from within docker containers.

This is fixed by running:

firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=trusted --add-interface=docker0

I'm marking this a duplicate of bug 1623868. Due to that bug firewalld still defaults to iptables backend in f29. For details regarding docker see bug 1623868 comment 11.
