As an FYI, running the provision.yml with the -vvv flags doesn't show anymore output for the error. It looks like in Roger's HA environment, the 'stack get' used to check the current status of the deploying stack will occasionally just fail. This is a bit of a workaround, but I can't think of anything better to fix the issue from the openshift-ansible side. https://github.com/openshift/openshift-ansible/pull/9734 confirmed works. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
