Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Service Catalog and setup 3.6 cluster
2.Login to web console

Actual results:
2.Browse Catalog, all resources icons are in gray color

Expected results:
2.We should apply color scheme to resources icons

Color icons were a feature we added in a later release. 3.6 service catalog is also a tech preview capability. This is working as intended, and we don't plan to backport color icons to the 3.6 service catalog.
