When utilising Ceph in a multi-arch cloud the install fails due to several issues.  This is a tracking but fro each of the underlying issues.

appears that the dependent bugs are in closed current release, is this bug resolved now?

Yup, unless we have regressed RHOS-13 works as a multiarch ceph client
