We should just change component to gnome-shell on this bug because almost all special characters and symbols do not work in the gnome-shell OSK on RHEL7.8 Beta. Okay thanks, moving to gnome-shell Every special character is now available through the GNOME OSK using mutter-3.28.3-24 with either a touchscreen or mouse. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
