Connecting redmine issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/23530 from this bug There is also #1591629, which describes the lack of flexibility when configuring foreman_scap_client. Essentially, both BZ would like to see alternative ways how to deploy/configure foreman_scap_client then just with Puppet, so I will close this as a duplicate. Feel free to reopen if I misunderstood or if the fix for the linked BZ does not work for you. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1591629 *** |
Created attachment 1481133 [details] Error message on OpenSCAP puppet module missing Description of problem: In a 100% Ansible 0% Puppet setup, I cannot use OpenSCAP, because it fails to save the hostgroup because a puppet class is missing, but it should check for an Ansible role. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.4 public beta How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Default install 2. Create Hostgroup with capsule for OpenSCAP specified 3. Save Actual results: Error (see screenshot) Expected results: There should be either a puupt module _or_ an Ansible role for OpenSCAP which is imported Additional info: See screenshot
