Description of problem:

When JBOD backend is chosen the RAID params 'stripe size' & 'Data disk count' doesn't make any sense and these should be hidden

Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------
1. Start with RHHI deployment from cockpit
2. On the 5th tab, select 'RAID Type' as JBOD

Actual results:
---------------
RAID params - 'Stripe size' & 'Data disk count' are available for users to fill in the value

Expected results:
-----------------
'Stripe Size' & 'Data disk count' should disappear, if the RAID type is chosen as 'JBOD'

Tested with the following :-
(a) rhvh-4.2.8.0-0.20190108
(b) glusterfs-server-3.12.2-32.el7rhgs

When JBOD backend is chosen RAID params 'StripeSize' and 'Data Disk Count' are hidden.

Hence moving the bug to verified state.
