Description of problem:

"yum install root" installs an incomplete set of libraries that ROOT needs.

root-6.14.04

How reproducible:

Start a Fedora 28 VM, do "yum install root" and run

$ root -l -q -e 'TF1 f("f","[0]*x",0.,1.); f.SetParameter(0,1); f.GetRandom()'

This will create warnings/errors because the package root-mathmore is needed, but missing.
