Description of problem:
The libosinfo doesnt show the correct Fedora version. Fedora 29 repos are being shown as Fedora 28

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run sudo virt-install --test-media-detection https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/branched/Fedora-29-20180910.n.0/compose/Workstation/x86_64/os/


Actual results:

Prints fedora28


Expected results:
Should print fedora29

Fedora 29 has not been released yet and it'll be added to osinfo-db as soon as it happens.
