Throwback from when Evolution crashes none

Description of problem:
If I create an account, evolution dies when selecting the account type (i.e. is
it IMAP, POP etc). I can create the account if I don't choose the mailbox type,
but if I then try to set the type, evolution again dies.

evolution-2.2.2-11.fc5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Either create or edit an existing account
2. On the receiving mail window, attempt to alter the mailbox type

Actual results:
Evolution dies

Expected results:
The mailbox type should be correctly set and the world continues to turn

Fixed in current rawhide version - changing status accordingly
